WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As Got Rack's Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in formulating competitive quotes, ensuring our proposals align with client needs and company targets, thereby enhancing our market position.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide pricing estimates.
Prepare detailed quotes by analyzing project specifications and related documents.
Consult with clients, vendors, and team members to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Review documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Coordinate with the procurement team to assess product availability and cost trends.
Provide support to the sales and project management teams as needed.

YOU HAVE

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a quoting, estimating, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and simular software.
Indepth understanding of project management and accounting principles.
The ability to communicate complex pricing information in a clear and professional manner.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
A selfmotivated attitude with the capacity to work under mínimal supervision.
