WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As the Logistics Specialist at Got Rack, you will play a pivotal role in the entire logistics process, ensuring that our industrial racking products reach their destination efficiently and on time.

With your sharp analytical prowess, outstanding negotiation ability, and strong relational acumen, you will seamlessly integrate with both our dedicated internal teams and valuable external partners.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Oversee the logistics spectrum, from product sourcing to final delivery of our industrial racking solutions.
Finetune transport strategies to guarantee timely deliveries.
Maintain a keen eye on operational performance, ensuring KPIs are met consistently.
Foster and nurture robust relationships with transport providers, focusing on competitive pricing and punctual services.
Adhere to and enforce local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Proactively tackle logístical challenges, always aiming for longterm solutions.
Team up with internal departments for demand forecasting and inventory management.
Set and uphold safety benchmarks across all logistics verticals.
Periodically update senior management on the department's progress and performance.

YOU HAVE

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A track record of 5 or more years in logistics, with a preference for experience in the industrial racking domain.
Exceptional skills in problemsolving, organization, and analytics.
Proficiency in cuttingedge logistics software or pertinent ERP systems.
An innate ability to multitask and navigate a dynamic, fastpaced setting.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and prowess in team management.
A thorough understanding of local, state, and federal transportation norms.
