    Senior Business Development Executive

    This is a remarkable opportunity for those seeking a Mid/Senior-level business development position in the Asset Management sector, offering great potential for growth. You will join our Dallas office, collaborating closely with teams in London and New York. Your main tasks will involve spotting new opportunities, fostering relationships with fund managers, and boosting the firm's visibility.

With expansions in both the UK and US, we cater to Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, and other Collective Investment funds, connecting them with potential investors worldwide.     Responsibilities

    • Explore opportunities through leads and research to assess fund manager compatibility with Murano's services.
    • Introduce new fund managers to Murano through various outreach methods such as cold-calling, attending conferences, and managing referrals.
    • Act as a firm ambassador, well-versed in our services.
    • Collect accurate contact and firm details, utilizing external sources and CRM.
    • Maintain a detailed CRM record of client interactions and sales pipelines.
    • Create post-meeting materials like proposals and supporting documents.
    • Provide weekly progress reports and engage in performance reviews with senior management.
    • Follow up with past relationships, restart contact, and attend sales meetings.
    • Travel for conferences and sales meetings, representing Murano.
    • Familiarize yourself with competitors and value proposition to lead effective sales meetings.
    • Orchestrate post-meeting follow-up processes and contribute to agreement preparations.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Demonstrated strong written and organizational skills.
    • A zeal for investing and curiosity about fund management.
    • Quick mastery of complex concepts in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proactive in cold outreach to generate new opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently and experience in business development or sales.

    [Desirable] Experience in asset and investment management.

    [Desirable] Bachelor's degree with strong academic background.

    Compensation and Benefits

    $80,000 base salary per year, contingent on experience.

    10% commission on sales annually.

    15 days of paid leave + 10 national holidays + Office Closure during Christmas and New Year.
