    Description

    Hotel Emporium Inc is a dynamic and growing company in the hospitality industry, committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, be self-motivated, and capable of driving immediate sales results. Candidate must be based in Oahu, Hawaii.

    Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality sector in Hawaii.
    • Identify and target any additional opportunities that Hotel Emporium has to offer and not limited to hospitality products.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the industry.

    Sales Execution:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.

    Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local hotels, resorts, event venues, and other hospitality entities.

    Market Research:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer needs.

    Self-Motivation and Initiative:

    • Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
    • Proactively seek out new opportunities and methods to drive sales and contribute to business growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Hawaii hospitality market and key players.
    • Book of Business: Proven track record of bringing in immediate sales and possessing a well-established book of business.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
