Responsibilities

What to expect:

Coordination, processing, and handling of customer orders, including invoicing
Preparation, tracking, and processing of offers, as well as implementation of promotions in consultation with the sales team
Management of customer base and responding to customer inquiries
Handling of shipping and logistics
Maintenance and updating of customer data
Coordination and handling of customer complaints
Documentation of relevant issues, including finding customeroriented solutions
Participation in marketing activities, such as trade fairs and customer events

Qualifications

What you bring:

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in customer service in the food industry
Experience with cheese and an affinity for this product is an advantage
Knowledge of merchandise management systems (e.g. Sage) and proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good German and English skills for confident
