Job Description Next career step:
Supervisor Coordinate and lead the team of our front office in consultation with the department management.
In addition, you will take care of the following:
- Conducting checkins and handling reservations
- Checking reservations, overbookings, and options
- Monitoring costs and room revenue budget
- Implementation and maintenance of the internal Motel One quality management system
- Coresponsibility for conducting internal coaching, crosstraining, and onboarding of new employees at the reception
Qualifications Whether as a hotel professional or in a career change - you fit in with us Because personality and host qualities are our top priority In addition, you are characterized by:
- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/restaurant
