- Assist in establishing and maintaining a proactive engagement and coverage plan for the Federal Reserve and key regulators globally
- Manage the consistent collection of regulatory intelligence from a range of sources and interpret this information into actionable insights, as they relate to State Street activities
- Assist in implementing regulatory interaction requirements and protocols to effectively manage relationships with regulators
- Support regional teams in maintaining consistency in approaches across regions
- Synthesize, aggregate, and communicate regulatory intelligence to senior management and relevant cross-functional stakeholders, to help inform on regulatory strategies and perspectives
- Minimum of least 7 years of financial services experience in any of the following disciplines, Bank Regulator or Examiner, Compliance, Legal, or equivalent work experience.
- Sound understanding of regulatory agency supervisory process and experience working with regulators.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics in concise terms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Who we are looking for:
The Regulatory Interaction Manager reports to the Global Head of Regulatory Interactions, within the Regulatory Liaison Office. In this role, you will contribute to fostering a positive regulatory culture and promoting proactive interaction with regulatory agencies.
You will assist in the formulation and execution of the regulatory strategy by assessing areas of supervisory focus, monitoring the regulatory landscape, and evaluating regulatory intelligence.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office from MA or NJ.
