    Description

    MSSI is a leading healthcare staffing agency known for our exceptional travel nurses, techs, and allied staff across the country. We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is a hybrid position out of our Eden Prairie, MN office, with remote work up to two days a week. The Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing Director to drive our marketing strategies and initiatives.

    Position Overview:

    As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
    • Coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
    • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity and messaging consistency across all channels.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Previous experience working in healthcare and or staffing is a plus.
    • Graphic Design experience is a plus.
