Summary:
APi Group is seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist to join the team.
Reporting to the President of the Segment, the Sr Marketing Specialist will collaborate with Segment leadership, operating company Presidents, APi Group marketing & communications department as well as individuals from our family of companies.
This new position will help develop, expand, and maintain marketing and communication initiatives for the assigned Segment.This position contains various ownership and learning opportunities; including, but not limited to, social medica, marketing materials, events, formal customer proposals, and artwork for ads, or sponsorships.
The Sr.Marketing Specialist will execute the identified strategy in partnership with various partners across the segment as well as APi Group.
Job Specifics:
Develop branding ideas, graphic designs, marketing materials, and advertising copy for the division and individual companies
Establish and implement a marketing strategy for HVAC division for both B2B and B2C audiences
Have intimate understanding of traditional and emerging market trends and customer preferences
Align messaging between companies ensuring communication of the right messages to attract prospective talent, customers, potential acquisitions – and maintain existing ones
Create and implement social media calendar for Segment Operating Companies
Create innovative marketing campaigns on social media depending on robust data and present the recommendations to Leadership
Investigate the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
Actively collaborate in APi Group's Marketing and Creative Community
Support and partner with APi Group newsletter by providing content
Support formal proposal creation; templates, bios, content, and graphics
Work to maintain and uphold the integrity of brand standards
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
High School/GED required, preference for bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years of experience in Marketing or 7+ years of industry experience with proven marketing solution partnerships
2+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Social Media management and email distribution platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.
Location:
Position can be based in any of the segment companies in MN, SD or WI. Relocation not provided.
Companies within the segment include Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, NAC Mechanical and Electrical Services, Grunau, Tessier's, as well as Twin City Garage Door Co.
