    This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Determine product selection, placement and key call outs for print campaigns
    Do post-campaign analysis of product sales and performance to make future recommendations on placement and presentation
    Understand and provide input into assortment strategies
    Ability to be agile and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Support marketing analysts with pulling data, analyzing performance, validating promo codes and coordinating email campaigns
    Update marketing plan and budget documents
    Other duties as required


    Required Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in marketing or High school diploma/GED plus 1 year of work experience as a coordinator role within a professional business setting.

    Experience in drafting professional written communication to internal and external stakeholders
    Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products
    Proven attention to detail
    Proven organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    Strong curiosity and critical thinking skills


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Exposure to working on multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
    Analytical experience
