    Job Description: Senior Human Resources Specialist

    Location: 385 Tremont Avenue E. Orange NJ

    Type: Full-time, Hybrid but mostly remotely

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organizational Chart Review: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Organizational Position Planning: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strategically plan the allocation of positions within the organization, considering present and future needs.
    • Position Description/Functional Statement Development (PD/FS): Develop accurate and comprehensive PD/FS for each position, outlining essential duties, qualifications, and responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
    • Recruitment Requests: Manage the recruitment process by generating detailed recruitment requests, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring timely execution of recruitment efforts.
    • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various human resources projects, ensuring that they are executed within defined timelines and in alignment with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a Senior Human Resources role with a focus on organizational planning, position development, and recruitment.
    • Strong understanding of HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for HR management and data analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
