    Job Title: Purchasing Manager

    As a Purchasing Manager, you will lead a team responsible for acquiring essential products for the company's operations. Your main task is to have a solid grasp of the company's supply chain to oversee, detect, and handle acquisitions. Succeeding in this position means implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies across the procurement process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise inventory of materials and equipment
    • Collaborate with finance and production departments
    • Forecast and track inventory levels
    • Identify operational enhancements through metrics analysis
    • Coordinate and schedule purchasing activities across different time frames
    • Establish and manage purchase and stock records
    • Search for and negotiate with suppliers to create a reliable supplier network


    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years in management and procurement
    • Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based systems for inventory and procurement
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to make sound decisions
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management, an MBA is advantageous
    • Familiarity with contract law and procurement practices
