    CORPORATE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR


    The Corporate Coordinator will provide support to the Manager, Corp Operations and Operations team, on issues related to facility and property management, including submitting work orders through Facility Operations Management (FOM) or an outside vendor for building repairs and maintenance, monitoring completion of work orders, and escalating issues as needed. They will oversee preventive maintenance schedules, manage service providers and contracts, process invoices, oversee shredding processes, and manage key distribution. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with floor plan updates, space planning, office moves, and procurement processes.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Oversees national account for shredding services, including setup for new offices, office relocations, and service requests initiation.
    • Reconciles and processes national account invoice payments.
    • Supports space planning initiatives for all campus buildings, including managing seating charts, move requests, and facilitating IT services for relocations.
    • Provides services for regional office openings and closings, coordinating address changes, and liaising with marketing for printing needs.
    • Maintains office supplies inventory, ensures proper stocking, and obtains quotes for special supplies or equipment.
    • Primary user of Oracle for department operations, handling purchase orders, payment inquiries, supplier issues, and new supplier setup.
    • Processes invoices, resolves payment discrepancies, and performs general administrative functions for the Operations department.
