    As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst, you will provide essential support to USCIS software applications by leveraging Agile best practices and incorporating product development principles.

    I am looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Analyst who is passionate about solving problems to create products and services that users love.

    BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
    ~ US Citizenship per contract requirement
    ~ 3+ years of experience serving as a business analyst on software development projects
    ~ Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering sessions, analyzing business flows, and documenting user needs
    ~ Business Skills
    Provide detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable business requirements in a number of formats, including but not limited to:
    Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit and refine business requirements
    Elicit and articulate use cases and business rules
    Clearly communicate business processes at all levels
    Ensure that business requirements are aligned with the overall product vision and strategy
    Agile Implementation Skills
    Facilitate the team in following an agile development process, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
    Help the team to break down business requirements into smaller, more manageable tasks
    Plan for and showcase value delivery for the business stakeholders with each iteration
    Provide subject matter expertise and consultation as necessitated by the business
    Conduct analyses necessary to support strategic development and decision-making
    ServiceNow experience
