    Manager, Programmatic Sales

    Overview:

    The Manager, Programmatic Sales is pivotal in driving the success of programmatic campaigns across the business. This role involves providing strategic insights and optimization techniques while managing the operations and framework of our expanding programmatic function. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clear communication with clients, SSPs, DSPs and internal team members. Analytical and resourceful, the Manager will utilize problem solving skills to ensure flawless program execution that meets and exceeds objectives and goals.

    This role also offers the opportunity to shape and scale our programmatic function for future growth. As a key team member of New Tradition, the ideal candidate will embody our values, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and work both autonomously and collaboratively across functional teams.
