**The Role:**
As part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting Technicians and Retail/Wholesale Customers with parts concerns, while selling them the right parts at the right prices.
Look up parts quickly and effectively to maximize the Retail/Wholesale Gross Profit and Service Flag Hours.
Assist Technicians and Retail/Wholesale Customers with parts concerns, while selling them the right parts at the right prices.
Attempt to up-sell all internal and external customers by offering additional needed items like filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop items.

Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
Ability to walk briskly up to 500-yards frequently throughout shift.
Ability to move about the dealership in order to effectively communicate with Associates of other departments.
