- Manage a portfolio ranging from $15-20 million or higher to achieve growth, maintain asset quality, and generate stable income for the bank
- Focus on building a lending portfolio, particularly in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Construction loans
- Drive new loan applications and conduct thorough underwriting in collaboration with the lending team
- Cultivate new lending and deposit business relationships
- Expand existing business relationships while ensuring low delinquency and charge off rates in loan management to align with bank policies
- Five to ten years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in computers, analytics, communication, and management
- Experience in analyzing business financial statements and risk assessment
- Fundamental understanding of bank products, lending regulations, and compliance standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate office equipment such as computers, phones, and calculators, averaging 6-8 hours per day. Be prepared for extended hours or off-site travel as required by management. Capable of regular and punctual attendance. Able to climb stairs in emergency situations.

Specific visual skills required involve close visual acuity for tasks like data analysis, transcribing, computer work, reading, and visual inspection involving small details.
