- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships and improve overall vendor performance.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in vendor management, procurement, or related field is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
