Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/ outputs for completeness and correctness
Prepared and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails as directed
Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experience
-3-4 years of experience within invoicing, accounts receivable, timecard approves

Go getter mentality
No degree required, but preferred

-background in finance or business preferred
-heavy excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Quickbase, Oracle, Excel, PowerBI, Dynamics

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
