    **Job Description**

    **AECOM** is seeking a talented and highly motivated **Program Analyst** to support our Energy teams large utility programs in Southern California.

    The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    + Onboarding

    + Participate in program meetings and activities

    + Provide materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities

    + Track program metrics

    + Support program management team

    + Client interface

    **Qualifications**

    **Minimum Requirements:**

    + BA/BS degree in human relations, marketing, management, communications, planning, engineering or a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience

    + As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    + Project and organizational skills

    + PMP certification or equivalent. Agile or any other project management certifications

    + Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and/or sustainability

    + Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials

    + Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools

    + Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $92, $130,
