Job Description AECOM
is seeking a talented and highly motivated Program Analyst** to support our Energy team's large utility programs in Southern California.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Onboarding
Participate in program meetings and activities
Provide materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities
Track program metrics
Support program management team
Client interface

AECOM's Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements**:

BA/BS degree in human relations, marketing, management, communications, planning, engineering or a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Project and organizational skills
PMP certification or equivalent. Agile or any other project management certifications
Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and/or sustainability
Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style
Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials
Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools
Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
