    FundKite is an alternative financing company specializing in the purchase of future receivables.

    We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist, this position offers an opportunity to work in an office environment where you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the organization by ensuring the integrity of data records. If you are detail-oriented, have strong computer skills, and enjoy working with data, this is the job for you.

    Duties
    - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
    - Enter information into system
    - Collect and organize data from various sources
    - File and maintain electronic records
    - Use computerized systems to input and retrieve information

    Requirements


    Must be able to work Monday-Friday
    Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
    Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Excellent organizational skills
    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
    Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
    Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
    Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
    Apply data program techniques and procedures.
    Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
    Scan documents and print files, when needed.
    Keep information confidential.
    Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
    Comply with data integrity and security policies.

    Job Type: Part Time 3-8 or Full Time 9-6

    Ability to commute/relocate:
    Miami, Florida 33131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
    Work Location: One location on site.

    Experience:
    • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Salary Range depending on experience.
