- Strategy and Leadership: Revitalize and implement a comprehensive D&A strategy that aligns with the department's mission and strategic objectives, driving innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in D&A utilization.
- Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the integrity, quality, privacy, and security of data assets, in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
