    Position Summary:
    Mammography Technologist will perform screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures as well as bonedensitometry and may also encompass the responsibilities of a Radiography Technologist; will work under thesupervision of the modality supervisory technologist and modality medical director


    Technologist will:
    Perform all technical procedures within the respective modality sections as described in the Radiology Policy Manual. Meet the technical competency requirements for the position. Maintain an effective working relationship with all staff. Participate in professional education programs, patient/staff safety initiatives, and quality assurance improvement activities.


    Shift:
    24hrs week / Day ShiftEducation: Documented training and experience in radiography; Documented training and experience in mammographyExperience: Documented training and experience in radiography; Documented training and experience in mammographyCertification/Licensure: Current BLS certification; andCurrent Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license; andCurrent Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Mammography license; andCurrent ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation; andCurrent ARRT registered certification in Mammography with RT(M) designation#J-18808-Ljbffr
