    Description
    Insight Global's client is hiring for a Technical lead to join their Clinical IT Solutions and Services organization. As an Applications Development Technical Lead, you will collaborate with employees to execute IT project work.

    You will help educate both business and technology personnel on the agile development process and lead products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery while maintaining a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.

    This role will also be responsible for application stability, to maintain the corporate goals of system up-time. A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role.

    The application they will be owning will help end users navigate cost effective savings for their users in regards to groceries and medications.

    Candidates will be expected to go onsite 3 times a week in their designated location.

    Java / JavaScript / Java Spring Boot


    • IBM DB2 Database
    • Cloud development experience
    • Working experience in SAFE/Agile Methodology/Framework
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


    • Experience in the healthcare industry
    • 8+ years of Java development experience
    * 5+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment with strong leadership experience

    * 5+ years of experience understanding the business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces

    * 2+ years of experience leading a team of developers

    * 2+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment and using Agile concepts
