    Description

    Role: ADMS Tech Lead

    Job Location: Waltham MA

    Job type: Fulltime

    Job Description:

    Must Have:

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of · Electricity Distribution business · ADMS & Outage Management in North American utilities · Understanding of ADMS Interfaces · Experience in technologies including MuleSoft · Understanding of ADMS interfaces including GIS, Workforce Management, CIS, IVR etc. · Implementation Lifecycle experience · Business Requirements Gathering · Conducting Workshops and Requirement Gathering sessions · Design, Build, Development & Implementation experience ADMS – Preferably ABB Network Manager · Solution architecture and technical design experience preferably on ABB Network Manager upgrade and implementation

    Good to Have:

    Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team · Demonstrated ability to recognize and communicate project risks as well as implement mitigation strategies · Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges throughout the project development and execution and successfully managing the customer expectations Multi factor tool experience (for example: RSA)

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): · Help translate a wide variety of client needs/requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet project's requirements · Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required · Maintain accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records · Manage, oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project from initial planning through completion of project · Establish project milestones and analyze costs and provide timely and accurate project cost reports · Manage the execution and review of all scope of work, and terms and condition in contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, quality of service and other client requirements as they arise. · Manage all interfaces and communication between the vendor, Project Team and business stakeholders; identify gaps and implement improved processes where required · Ensure clarity of expectations for project deliverables from all project participants · Provide leadership and mentorship to team members · Communicate all key aspects of the project on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur · Demonstrated success as a self-starter · Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines · Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach.
