    I am looking to hire a Creative Director & Office Manager to help me launch my business You will be responsible for helping me introduce my company to the world and watch it grow I need someone to "hold the fort down" while I travel, and handle the day-to-day consistency, as well as create with me into the future. You will interact with me daily, but I will usually be remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research speaking venues & book signing venues. Correspondence. Send out Media Kits and PR Materials.
    • Monitor and interact with emails, social media, and website.
    • Communicate with clients, vendors, and potential clients.
    • Organize and manage my calendar, travel, hotel, car information. Communicate with my CPA and other team members.
    • Perform daily office tasks: answer phone, work with spreadsheets.
    • Brainstorm and create with me - this is very much an entrepreneurial creative and figure-it-out position as we grow.
    • Organize and maintain contacts and communications. I meet a lot of people & we need to keep projects organized and timely.
    • Be the back-end Host for my Zoom meetings and Webinars.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in administrative services, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ZOOM, and computers.
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and wiling to learn new tasks.
    • Strong organizational skills and calendar monitoring/appointment setting.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented.
    • Communication, accountability, positive attitude, cheerful disposition is a MUST.
    • If you don't know how to do something, being willing to figure it out.
    Company DescriptionMonday through Friday, 9:30am--4:30pm. Starting by May 1st. I will eventually grow this position to full-time, plus add one more employee.
