    Job DescriptionJade behavioral Consultants is a growing company with high energy and caring team. We are searching for Behavior Technicians to work in the field of ABA and join our highly competitive team. Jade Behavioral Consultants offers the highly structured training and organizational benefits as the larger corporate ABA companies with one main difference. We know that Behavior technicians are the backbone of ABA and without you, we as a company could not exist.     As a Behavior Technician you will:
    Provide clients with highly effective treatments in the field of ABA
    Follow and implement behavioral intervention plans as designed under the mentorship of your Supervisor and BCBA
    Share input on the day-to-day operations of your clients program
    Track clients progress and growth
    Educate families/caregivers on behavior interventions strategies

    Conflict resolution skills

    Technical Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRASPORTATION
    High school diploma or e
    BA/BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field)
    Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn
