Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for anything related to the coordination of care for all ROWI clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care.
- Responsible for client supervision and ensuring they attend designated groups throughout programming.
- Facilitate assigned groups and activities as designated by the Facility Manager.
- Conduct client orientation for all admits on day of admission including conduct outcome measurement tools (ie PHQ9, GAD7, BAM) on a weekly basis.
- Support compliance with Joint Commission Standards.
- Document shift reports and share pertinent information with the team.
- Coordinate the transportation schedule for all clients and drive clients as needed.
- Complete documentation within a 24 hour window.
- Document all transportation and group activity in EMR.
- Administer and submit documentation in EMR for client Urinalysis.
- Assist with facility cleanliness as needed.
- Responsible for coordinating client lunch daily.
- Fulfill Facility Manager duties when the FM is not in the office.
- Serve as a role model to clients, treatment staff, and guests through a positive, caring, and professional attitude.
- Maintain the confidential nature of clients and related activities.
- Comply with the dress code.
- Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adherence to documentation standards.
- Attend designated staff and inservice meetings.
- Ability to maintain clear boundaries with clients and staff, set limits and manage clients when in need of direct supervision.
- Maintains appropriate and professional interactions with clients and staff.
- All documentation in EMR must be submitted within 24 hours.
- Any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Basic Education and Experience Required:
- The Care Coordinator will have a minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years driving experience required.
- Minimum of 1year working with kids in a therapeutic setting
- Experience with junior high or high school students is preferred.
Knowledge/Competencies:
- Must be able to communicate with people from all educational and cultural backgrounds.

- Must demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner, enthusiasm, and nonjudgemental attitude.

Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance with agency's vehicles.
- Must have valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a criminal background check
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
