Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone behavioral therapy to children on the spectrum
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals working with individuals with autism
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Drive up to 20 miles to client locations
- Carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism
_Current Availability:
Between 2 and 8 pm Monday-Saturdays open, Sunday's also available._
Qualifications:
- Entry level position, training will be provided
- High School diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with team members
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
