As a Behavioral Technician at Tetra Healthcare, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their behavioral needs, providing support, and contributing to their overall well-being.


As a Behavioral Technician, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, implementing behavioral programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You will provide hands-on assistance, guidance, and reinforcement to individuals, promoting skill acquisition and behavior improvement.

With a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement behavioral programs as designed by BCBAs
  • Provide direct support to individuals, following their individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate and reliable data on behavior, skills, and progress
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily living skills
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to BCBAs on individuals' progress and treatment plans

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of individuals
  • Must pass a background check and receive necessary clearances.
