    To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily activities of our Dallas, TX office.

    An ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing fast paced, high activity teams while maintaining our commitment to building a successful business with a demonstrated commitment to integrity, fairness and fun in an environment that is safe for all.


    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate consistent and productive communication with management, peers, staff, and clients
    • Manage staffing needs, scheduling, balance of work and hiring / training new employees

    • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within budget
    • Lead, motivate, and support team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
    • Annual reviews, monthly 1:1 meetings and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
    • Use reporting to manage operations, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
    Develop strong functional knowledge of services in order to provide processing support to staff

    • Issue resolution
    • Manage local reconciliation and prepare and monitor budgeting for the Dallas location
    • Build strong account management team partnership with sales in this territory
    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 years' proven experience in an operations management position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and aptitude to learn proprietary applications
    • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
    • Strong personal and professional judgment
    • Big picture thinking, adaptability, and organizational skills, including the ability to jump from priority to priority, juggling a variety of functions and projects
    • Strong communication and interpersonal ability, be able to collaborate with and listen to the needs of employees and other departments to develop strategies that benefit the team
