    Your Role with The Company:

    • Overseeing sales operations
    • Developing the plan to go after new potential customers
    • Building and growing the sales team
    • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts
    • Understanding the customers' business drivers, building relationships, and closing deals
    • Working with the entire team to ensure new projects are successfully launched
    • This position reports to the Ownership and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized

    Background Profile:

    • A minimum of five years in a sales role with a contract manufacturer selling to OEMs
    • Experience selling in the metal fabrication industry
    • Sales management experience leading a small to medium sales team
    • Ability to create a sales plan and execute
    • Proven ability to develop and grow existing accounts
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
