Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business for our Rola-Chem and pool industry products and delivering sales targets through the development and management of existing key accounts and the acquisition of new customers.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, collaborating with team members and internal staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.Essential Job DutiesSell new and existing accountsManage, train, and travel with group of Independent Sales Representatives across the United StatesRepresent company at industry trade shows.
Travel required up to 50% with seasonal fluctuationProvide technical assistance to customers and sales representatives.Analyze customer requirements and promote products and appropriate solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accountsStrong written and verbal communication skills to internal team members (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service) to ensure the proper handling of customer needs.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customersStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently Manage distribution pricing through various buying groups and Amazon.comManage distribution pricing through buying groups and Assistance in coordinating monthly performance spreadsheets, marketing promotions, literature and competitive information.
Key strategist of planning and formation for Rola-Chem marketing and sales Education:High School diploma requiredBachelor Degree or equivalent experiences in sales and marketing preferredExperience:5-10 plus years of Sales experience 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management in the Pool or Spa industry or related industriesKnowledge/Skills:Strong Technical aptitude and experience in the Pool/Spa industries Solid organizational, mathematical and analytical abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
