**About the Role**
As a Sales Manager within the Tax & Accounting Professionals Large sized accounting firms segment you will be responsible for successfully leading, managing, and growing a team of Sales professionals in pursuit of their sales and revenue targets. You will ensure that the sales team is effectively trained, motivated, and coached to cover all assigned accounts and territories within the region.
***Note:*** *This position can be **remote** with a preference to be based within proximity to **any** of these corporate Hub office locations: **Ann Arbor, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Dallas/Carrollton.***

In this Sales Manager - Large firms opportunity, you will:
+ Lead Sales Teams who are accountable for nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
+ Build and deliver the Sales Strategy as part of an integrated channel.
+ Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team, Sales Operations, segment commercial owners and marketing to deliver and support these requirements.
+ Own the implementation of effective contact management strategy approach and leads a team to ensure that Salespeople are involved in regular engagement with clients, pipeline growth and ultimately over-achievement against sales target.
+ Facilitate coaching of Salespeople through an intensive change management program embedding core Sales processes and adopting new technology to drive performance.
+ Coordinate across sales and account management teams to ensure proper scoping and coverage across geographies and account types.
+ Provide accurate and timely regional sales and account management reports, regional forecasts, expense reports, customer evaluation reports as well as other reports requested by channel management.
+ Expand customer relationship footprint.
+ Demonstrate people leadership skills including being committed to your team members unique contributions, understanding gaps, and upskilling and coaching for constant growth*.*

**About You**
You may be a fit for the role if you have these qualifications/attributes:
+ **7 +** years of Sales experience, with specifically 3 to 5 years experience managing a Sales team preferred
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
+ Strategic Thinker: The ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
+ Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
+ High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics
+ In-depth business and managerial knowledge of Sales
+ Applies understanding of current industry trends to analyze and review potential issues.
+ Good knowledge and understanding of cross-functional partners; demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of and functions within the organization
+ Demonstrates people leadership skills
+ Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
+ In-depth experience in customer journey
