Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in managing a significant building renovation/tenant improvement project for the State of Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Monitor and update project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Create project status reports for ADOR project leaders and stakeholders.
Act as the central communication liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
Assess project risks and provide solutions to ADOR project leadership.
Project Coordination and Communication:
Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between project teams.
Conduct regular site walkthroughs and provide updates on project progress.
Coordinate project meetings and distribute minutes to team members.
Assist in the review of capital expenditure requests from ADOR business units.
Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure efficient project completion.
Project Administration & Documentation:
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports as requested.
Manage project documents such as plans, budget, and schedule.
Document and elevate project risks to ADOR project leadership.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, specifically nonresidential occupancy buildings
Two (2) years of experience in construction site inspections.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Construction safety certifications preferred (e.g., OSHA 30).
Experience working with ProCore
