We are looking for a Service Representative (m/f/d) in our technical support team to join our Perrysburg, OH location.

What will you be doing with us?

  • You will be responsible for regional service and technical and organizational communication with our field staff and sales partners
  • You will occasionally visit our sales partners in the assigned areas to maintain relationships
  • You will ensure timely completion of model maintenance and handle all tasks through the HORSCH portal
  • You will also handle warranty claims as part of your daily tasks

What are the best qualifications for your entry?

  • You have completed vocational training in the industrial, agricultural, or construction machinery field, or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in customer service
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • You are a team player, flexible, and able to work independently and responsibly
