    Our client is seeking for a Nurse Manager


    Type:
    Perm


    Location: New York, NY


    Job Description:

    • Serve as liaison between the family, patients, doctors and other departments
    • Oversee and manage nursing staff, LPN's and CNA's.
    • Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
    • Encourage all staff to adhere to the highest standard of care and conduct annual staff reviews
    • Guide, advise, and educate nursing staff with clinical instructions
    • Report nursing activity to senior management
    • Supervise and support nursing staff
    • Manage staff and assignments

    Job Qualification:

    • 2 years RN Manager experience will look at RN who is looking to advance in career
    • Extensive clinical experience and RN Manager in acute or Long-Term Care Preferred
    • Prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration
    • Leadership and mentorship
    • Infection control
    • Organizational and Multitasking skills
    • Listening and verbal communication skills
    • Patient Safety focus
    • Active applicable state licensure
    • American Heart Association issued BLS
