    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITIONFull-time permanent Nurse Manager position overseeing a 30+ bed unit with a heavy medical and wound care population.

    Position reports directly to the CNO who loves to mentor and groom her own leaders.

    Will handle day-to-day operations of the unit, professional practices and employee management, supporting the staff to meet the department goals and provide the highest quality patient care possible.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)Current licensure as a RNCoachable and eager to grow as a leaderExcellent communication skillsCollaborative, team building personality styleMed/Surg, LTAC, Skilled or Assisted Living experience preferredCMSRN or GERO-BC certifications a plus.
