    EXPERIENCE YOU

    WILL NEED

    Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, with a preference for an engineering or scientific background, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Over 7 years of experience in quality management within medical device, IVD, or biotech industries.
    Minimum of 3 years in successful leadership and direct line management roles.
    Proven track record of competency in adhering to QMS governance and standards.


    MAIN DUTIES

    OF THE JOB

    Serve as the designated Company Management Representative per ISO 13485, ensuring the QMS's alignment, adequacy, and compliance with all relevant governance and standards.

    Supervise all Quality Management System (QMS) functions including but not limited to training, customer feedback and complaint management, deviations, non-conformances, quarantine procedures, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), supplier quality management, Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs), change control, preventative maintenance and calibration, product recalls, and QMS administration.

    Lead the dissemination of QMS and device quality initiatives, utilizing trended actionable data sourced from internal manufacturing metrics, customer feedback, and device field performance to drive continuous improvement efforts.
