- Meeting Management: Efficiently organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate recording of meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Action Item Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all project action items, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Deliverable Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coordination: Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Point of Contact (POC) Duties: Serve as the backup point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and clients as needed.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ yrs of experience in marine, electrical, or shipboard engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with leading a project.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)
- Currently hold an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project.
- Experience working with US Navy.
