- Define and maintain MBSE projects in Cameo Systems Modeler / MagicDraw ver. 2021
- Responsible for the development of MBSE-based SysML models, diagrams, and simulations
- Support a System of Systems digital engineering approach to iterate through architecture concepts and design
- Collaborating with multiple contractors and integrating Cameo model inputs into source models
- Developing baseline architecture model of existing systems and capturing configuration of network
- Facilitate technical and programmatic information exchange in support of program objectives
- Participate in Working Groups and IPTs, informal and formal technical interchanges, and formal reviews
- Develop technical roadmaps; establish and maintain reference architectures
- Document interfaces and standards
- BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Demonstrable knowledge in Systems Engineering modeling tools (e.g. DOORS and Cameo)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other systems engineers in the development of complex DoD systems
- Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems integration
- Demonstrated experience with Agile program execution and using agile tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
- Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives
- Prior experience with development descriptive models for network architecture
- Prior experience developing Cameo model validation scripts
- Prior experience with SAFe Agile implementation
- Prior experience support Department of the Air Force programs
- Previous experience working on complex multi-domain systems
- Experience with large weapons systems and command and control platforms across the DoD portfolio
