Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our new customers and provide initial consultations over the phone.
  • Your friendly and welcoming phone manner will charm our customers.
  • You will competently handle our customers' inquiries and answer their questions about our innovative treatment system.
  • You will easily manage and schedule consultation appointments according to our new customers' availability.
  • You will have an open ear for all of our customers' needs, laying the foundation for a longterm customer relationship.

Qualifications:

  • Most importantly, you have a pleasant phone voice and may have previous experience in a call center.
  • Regardless of your education or experience, we provide intensive inhouse training to give you all the tools you need for success. Previous work experience is not a requirement for success at our company.
  • You speak fluent German and possibly another
