About the Role

As part of our team, you will be building upon our existing foundation to meet the increasing demands as we transition from the research and prototyping phase to the production phase.

In this position, you will:

Establish a new production site in the Munich area and oversee and coordinate the production process and supply chain
Manage overall performance and key KPIs on a companywide level
Monitor the scalability of sales and marketing processes through analytics, target setting, KPIs, and best practices
Assist in developing and driving the company's growth strategy, including budgeting and financial planning
Implement and optimize processes and information flows to lay the groundwork for the ventures' scaling phase

Your Profile

Completed technical, scientific, or business university degree
Proven experience in scaling hardware and/or software products internationally, preferably in
