    Senior Finance Manager
    Pulley is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for providing strategic financial guidance to leadership, and ensuring our financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management, strong analytical skills, and experience with b2b Saas.
    Responsibilities

    Financial Planning:
    Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's revenue goals. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and growth.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

    Decision Support:
    Analyze the long-term implications of near-term decisions, providing well-founded recommendations to leadership to support strategic objectives.

    Cash Flow Management:
    Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for operations and investments.
    Qualifications
    Five years of experience in finance within tech
    Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS businesses (preferred)
    Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
    Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
