    We're looking for someone to fill a full-time Customer Success- Onboarding role.

    The Onboarding team is responsible for supporting our new and existing club partners through their launch journey in hopes of setting them up for a successful launch of our programs.

    In addition to supporting our club partners, we are also instrumental in providing support to our internal teammates as well.

    We are looking for someone that has a passion for creating positive experiences and building strong relationships with our customers to foster a long-term partnership with Les Mills, as well as our internal teammates to create positive working relationships.

    THE KIND OF THINGS YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:
    ·

    Collaborate with all necessary teammates (equipment, billing, training, customer experience, new business) to ensure a successful launch of programs for our club partners
    ·

    Successful and on time completion of internal support case requests
    ·

    Completion of Performance Analysis
    ·

    Virtual Help Desk Support
    ·

    Understand and deliver upon customer goals while working with Les Mills
    ·

    Follow up after calls and meetings
    ·

    Where required, work cross-functionally to provide support to our other Customer Success teammates to ensure the timely response to all partner enquiries

    In order to be successful, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and have an ongoing desire to get your hands dirty.

    Ideally you will have had experience within the health and fitness industry but this is negotiable.
