Description
The Client Success Specialist (CSS) helps to improve the customer experience. The CSS is assigned client accounts acting as a liaison for their business in partnership with the company. The CSS will also provide sales support and implement business growth strategies. You will be trained on specific business operations and product knowledge.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Expand existing and develop new client portfolios including documentation and analysis of the client's business and processes.
  • Sustain, improve, and increase client's business growth.
  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience.
  • Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service that stem from communicated leadership initiatives.
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating software associated with their purchased product or service.
  • Provide critical insights to the product team to improve a consistently developing platform.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company.
  • Create and promote an energetic fan base for products.
  • Identify and educate champions on the value of our product and help uncover use cases before they become emergencies.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products, integrations, or addons for their needs.
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Client Success initiatives.
