    Facility Maintenance Manager

    Location: Columbus-Boltonfield, OH

    Reporting To: General Manager

    Description

    The Facility Maintenance Manager has a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our advanced Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Facility. This position gives you the chance to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment perform at their peak.

    What's the day-to-day like?

    As the Facility Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include managing and supervising the daily maintenance operations, ensuring optimal functioning of all equipment and systems, including HVAC. You will create and enforce maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead a dedicated team to uphold a high-performance environment. Your strategic management is vital in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.

    So, who are we seeking?

    You would be a great fit if you:

    • Are 21 years of age or older.
    • Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (highly preferred), or have 8+ years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, food production, or cannabis.
    • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, demonstrating your capacity to oversee complex HVAC systems and industrial maintenance tasks.
    • Can communicate efficiently with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels, including vendors and 3rd party contractors.
    • Are an established leader, able to manage teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Find value in collaborating with other departments to achieve objectives and meet production targets in a high-volume setting.
