    An innovative full-service general contractor specializing in early design phase construction management for building commercial, medical, continuing care and behavioral health projects.

    Their typical services include preconstruction, estimating, value-engineering, and CM/GC.


    About the Position:

    Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for commercial construction projects such as MOD's and mid-rise condos in the $10-20 million dollar range.


    Requirements:
    Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a similar discipline is preferred.

    5+ years of prior Project Management experience, running your own projects in the $10-20 million dollar range.

    Prior Mid-rise mixed-use and/or MOB project experience.
