• Plan and budget commercial construction projects
• Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
• Coordinate project activities with stakeholders to meet project safety goals
• Manage project teams and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, prepare progress reports for management, and maintain project documentation

• At least 5 years of project management experience on commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• Physically able to maneuver job sites and perform necessary duties (walking, climbing, lifting, etc.)
